CRM WORKFLOW RULES
Learn how to automate actions using CRM Workflow Rules. Using a workflow rule, you can trigger a number of custom actions based on specific criteria in your CRM records. When there's an action (such as sending an email or updating a field) in your business that always follows from a previous action, workflow rules can help you cut down on manual work.
ZOHO FORMS FOR LEAD GENERATION
You can use Zoho Forms to easily capture leads in your CRM that are coming from multiple sources on the web. In this video, we show you how to create unique URLs for the same form while also tracking detailed information about each unique the Lead Source.
When you use pre-fill URLs in Zoho Forms and map the Lead Source to a hidden field in the form, you can map the unique source to your Lead Source field in your CRM. The pre-fill URLs will auto-fill those fields in your form with parameters, such as the Lead Source.
